This guide explains how to find official ToneCustoms products, confirm your order and obtain help if access is missing. Delivery methods must be checked on each actual listing/order; this document does not promise a universal delivery workflow.
Before buying
- Visit the official ToneCustoms Tebex store.
- Read the specific package description for features, requirements, compatibility and delivery method.
- Read the purchase terms shown at checkout, including applicable refund and licensing conditions.
- Use an email address you can access for any required purchase communications.
Videos, development documentation and repositories do not establish product availability.
After purchase
- Review your order confirmation and delivery communications.
- Follow the product's official instructions to access the resource or asset entitlement.
- Where the product uses Cfx.re Asset Escrow, follow the asset-access instructions supplied for that purchase and ensure you are using the relevant authorized Cfx.re account. Do not assume every ToneCustoms product uses escrow.
- Check the Installation Hub for a product-specific setup guide.
- Keep purchase proof private; you may be asked to provide non-sensitive verification through private support.

If an order or entitlement is missing
- Check the account and email used for the purchase and the confirmation instructions.
- Review the specific listing's fulfillment method.
- Use the support route provided with your order for billing, refunds or missing entitlements, and keep communication inside an existing Tebex support case. For resource installation and product troubleshooting, use ToneCustoms Discord.
- Provide product name and approximate purchase date; give order references only through a private channel when requested.
- Do not share payment-card information, passwords, login codes, license keys or private access links publicly.
