ToneCustoms — Script Swap Policy

ToneCustoms may consider requests to exchange a previously purchased ToneCustoms script for another ToneCustoms script. Script swaps are optional and require ToneCustoms approval. They are not guaranteed purchase benefits or automatic refunds.
Eligibility
- ToneCustoms products only. No third-party scripts or customer-to-customer trading.
- Comparable value. The replacement should be reasonably comparable in value to what the customer actually paid for the original script. ToneCustoms also considers the requested script's value when deciding whether a swap is fair.
- No fixed price band or automatic price-difference payment option. A significantly more valuable script is not an automatic exchange just because a customer offers to pay a difference.
- Proof of purchase. The customer must provide enough information through a private support channel for the purchase and license to be confirmed.
- Owner approval. ToneCustoms may approve or decline each request based on the circumstances and actual product values.
How to request a swap
- Open a private support request through the official ToneCustoms Discord.
- Identify the originally purchased script and the requested replacement.
- Provide purchase verification privately when requested; never post transaction or account details in public GitHub issues.
- ToneCustoms reviews eligibility and comparable value and confirms its decision in writing.
- Only after approval, ToneCustoms coordinates any license change and delivery arrangements. The original license must be handled consistently with the approved exchange and relevant distribution-platform rules.
What swaps do not provide
- No guaranteed exchange just because a request was submitted.
- No automatic store credit, balance refund, or exchange of a significantly more expensive resource.
- No permission to trade scripts with other customers or redistribute paid files.
- No automatic license transfer before approval.
Refunds and legal rights
