Customer help, purchasing information and policy reference

This section explains how customers can learn about ToneCustoms products, request support, and understand the publication and approval process for commercial terms.

Terms status: ToneCustoms has defined its intended licensing, free released-updates, free support and discretionary comparable-value swap approach. These pages document those decisions, but they do not supersede the actual terms accepted at Tebex checkout, third-party licenses or applicable law. Privacy practices and some order/delivery details still require review.

Product help

Before final checkout policy publication

  • The current Tebex Project refund selection has been checked as [Default] No Refunds Policy; its generic virtual-item/server-ban wording is not tailored to FiveM scripts, and checkout terms continue to govern.
  • Confirm any future changes to Tebex checkout terms and asset-delivery disclosures against these customer-facing pages.
  • Confirm legal/provider requirements for refunds, licensing and script swaps.
  • Verify data collection and retention practices before publishing a final privacy notice.
  • Keep package descriptions and available features aligned with the resources actually delivered.

This documentation is not legal advice and does not replace the terms displayed to customers at checkout.
