Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common ToneCustoms customer questions. For product-specific behavior, see the individual product guide.
Buying and availability
Where can I purchase ToneCustoms scripts?
Use the official ToneCustoms Tebex storefront. A GitHub page or YouTube showcase does not by itself mean a script is for sale.
How do I receive a purchased script?
Use the fulfillment and entitlement instructions provided by the specific product listing, checkout confirmation, and delivery email. Delivery may differ between products. See the Purchase & Delivery Guide.
Does every script support Qbox, QBCore and ESX?
No universal compatibility promise is made. Each product specifies its own supported environments and dependencies. Read the Compatibility Guide and the applicable product page.
Choosing a ToneCustoms script
Which script fits my server?
| Your goal | Start with |
|---|---|
| Add weapon handling, jams and maintenance | Gun Jam |
| Give player families ranks, permissions and group management | Family System |
| Add an interactive civilian activity with cleaning contracts | Window Cleaning |
| Explore other demonstrated or developing systems | Product Catalog |
| Find approved public free resources | Free FiveM Resources |
The first three resources have documented store listings. Other demos do not imply public availability; check Tebex for current listings.
Where can I see the features before buying?
Start with the individual product overview. Gun Jam has an official gameplay demonstration; the Family System and Window Cleaning pages describe their public store-listed features. Ask in ToneCustoms Discord if you need more information before checkout.
Using your purchase
Can I use a purchased script on more than one server?
ToneCustoms' proposed licensing approach permits use on multiple FiveM servers you own, subject to the purchase terms accepted at checkout and any applicable distribution or third-party restrictions. Licensing details.
May my developer install a script for me?
An authorized developer may assist with installation and allowed configuration for your servers. They may not redistribute the script or use it independently.
Can I change the script?
The intended permission covers designated configuration files only. Modifying core logic, NUI, or other files requires ToneCustoms approval. Consult your actual purchase terms.
How do I install a product?
Start at the Installation Hub. Gun Jam's guide documents its specific item setup and dependencies.
Updates and support
Are updates free?
Published updates to scripts you purchased are provided without an additional update charge under ToneCustoms' documented business approach, subject to actual checkout terms. There is no guaranteed update schedule. Update details.
Will updating overwrite my settings?
That depends on the delivered package. Preserve your allowed configuration values and follow the product's release notes before replacing files. Safe Update Guide.
Is support free?
Product installation, configuration and troubleshooting assistance are free through ToneCustoms Discord; responses are not guaranteed instantly or 24/7.
Can I swap a script for another?
You may request a swap for another ToneCustoms script of reasonably comparable value, using the amount originally paid as a consideration. Approval is discretionary, and no automatic exchange or cash difference is promised. Swap Policy.
What if I want a refund?
ToneCustoms has selected Tebex's [Default] No Refunds Policy and does not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds. Delivery problems, technical access failures, Tebex's buyer-support process and any applicable legal rights are exceptions or separate considerations. Use the official order support route for billing/refund requests and see Purchases & Refunds.
Contact and security
How can I report a bug?
Use the Contact & Feedback Guide. Include product name, framework, expected/actual behavior and redacted logs.
Should I post license keys or purchase details in GitHub Issues?
No. Do not publish receipts, order IDs, license keys, account credentials or protected code. Use an appropriate private support channel for purchase verification.
