Licensed use — draft terms for checkout alignment
- A purchaser may use the purchased ToneCustoms script on multiple FiveM servers that they own, subject to any relevant platform or third-party license restrictions.
- Customers may edit designated configuration files only (such as
config.lua). Changes to core source, UI or protected files require ToneCustoms approval. - Sharing, leaking, reselling, sublicensing or transferring the purchased script to someone else is not permitted without explicit authorization where enforceable.
- Authorized developers may assist with installation/configuration for the purchaser's servers; they may not take copies for unrelated projects.
Updates & support
- Updates that ToneCustoms releases for a purchased script are supplied without an additional update charge under the intended policy. No release timetable, guaranteed future features, or fixed development cadence.
- ToneCustoms offers installation and configuration assistance and product support through its official Discord. No guaranteed instant response or 24/7 staffed service is promised.
Purchases and swaps — draft terms
- The intended business policy is no refunds for change of mind, with exceptions/remedies where required by applicable law, checkout or payment-provider rules.
- A customer may request an exchange for another ToneCustoms script of reasonably comparable value, considering the actual amount paid. Swaps are discretionary, not guaranteed, and require owner approval; no automatic cash credit or upgrade is implied.
Important: The buyer must see the final approved license, refund, delivery and other contractual conditions at checkout. This template does not amend the actual Tebex terms.

B. Short customer-facing policy summary (pending final checkout review)
ToneCustoms purchase information: The intended license permits use on multiple FiveM servers owned by the purchaser. Only designated configuration files may be edited; redistribution and resale are not authorized without approval. Released updates to purchased scripts are intended to be free, on ToneCustoms' development schedule. Installation/configuration support is available through Discord. Refunds for changes of mind are generally not offered, subject to applicable law and provider rules. Similar-value ToneCustoms script swaps may be requested and are reviewed case by case; approval is not guaranteed. Final purchase terms are those properly disclosed and accepted during checkout.
Do not paste this summary as binding checkout terms until the Tebex settings and provider requirements have been checked.
