ToneCustoms Partnerships & Collaborations

Built for Roleplay. Made with Purpose.

ToneCustoms welcomes relevant partnership proposals from FiveM communities, content creators, developers, and businesses.

Partnership opportunities

  • FiveM server collaborations: Demonstrations, feedback and mutually agreed script showcases.
  • Content creators: Video showcases, tutorials and other agreed promotional content.
  • Developer collaborations: Technical integrations, compatibility work and joint projects.
  • Community partnerships: Events, community activities and cross-promotion where both sides benefit.

All requests are reviewed individually. Submitting a proposal does not guarantee acceptance, sponsorship, payment, free scripts, promotion, or an exclusive arrangement.

Send a partnership proposal

Submit a public partnership inquiry on GitHub

Use the form for a non-confidential overview only. Describe your community or project, the type of collaboration, your audience and what each side would contribute. Do not publish personal contact information, financial terms, contracts, account credentials, private Discord invites or sensitive business details in a public issue.

For proposals that require confidential discussion, join the ToneCustoms Discord and request an appropriate private discussion with the team. A public GitHub issue is not a private negotiation channel.

Review criteria

ToneCustoms evaluates proposals based on relevance to FiveM roleplay, credibility of the project or creator, clear mutual benefit, realistic deliverables, audience/community fit, and compliance with ToneCustoms licensing and community standards. A large follower or member count alone does not guarantee acceptance.

Partnership status: Submitted → Under Review → Private Discussion (if needed) → Accepted or Declined. An accepted inquiry is not a signed agreement; commitments must be confirmed separately.

How proposals are reviewed

  1. Submitted: Staff reviews the public summary.
  2. Under review: ToneCustoms assesses fit, feasibility and mutual benefit.
  3. Private discussion: If appropriate, details are discussed through an agreed private channel.
  4. Decision: ToneCustoms may accept, decline or request revisions.

Partnership arrangements, including deliverables, permissions, promotion, compensation and timelines, require explicit agreement before any commitment exists. ToneCustoms script licensing and redistribution rules continue to apply unless separately authorized.

For the broader customer, community and business standards, see the ToneCustoms Rules & Regulations.

Partnership rules and regulations

These guidelines apply to partnership inquiries and proposed collaborations. Any final arrangement must be separately agreed in writing and must comply with applicable law, FiveM/Cfx.re rules, platform policies and third-party rights.

  1. Respect and conduct: Harassment, threats, discrimination, impersonation, fraud, spam and abusive behavior are not acceptable in partnership discussions or joint activities.
  2. Truthful representation: Applicants must accurately describe their community, audience, work, ownership, capabilities and intended use of ToneCustoms resources. Misleading engagement or fabricated credentials may result in rejection.
  3. No unauthorized redistribution: A partnership does not grant permission to share, resell, leak, sublicense or transfer ToneCustoms scripts, source code, keys, paid assets or customer access. Existing licensing rules continue to apply.
  4. Brand and content permissions: Neither party may use the other's logo, brand, screenshots, videos, testimonials or other protected material in promotional content without the appropriate permission. Credit and approval requirements should be agreed before publication.
  5. No assumed benefits: A partnership inquiry does not entitle anyone to free scripts, discounts, revenue share, sponsorship, exclusivity, priority support or promotion. Any such benefits must be expressly approved.
  6. Confidentiality and privacy: Keep financial discussions, contracts, private business details, customer data and access credentials out of public GitHub Issues. Use an agreed private channel when necessary; do not disclose information you lack permission to share.
  7. Deliverables and changes: Agree on each party's responsibilities, deliverables, review/approval process, timeline, permitted promotional claims and any compensation before work begins. Material changes require mutual approval.
  8. Independent operation: A collaboration does not automatically create employment, agency, joint ownership, endorsement or authority to bind ToneCustoms to obligations.
  9. Compliance: Partners must respect applicable laws, platform terms, copyright and licensing restrictions, and avoid unlawful or deceptive activities. Do not imply that ToneCustoms or a platform endorses a project without authorization.
  10. Review, refusal and termination: ToneCustoms may decline proposals or end discretionary collaborations in accordance with any signed agreement and applicable law. Violations may lead to removal of promotional permissions and other actions allowed by the agreement or law.

Before a partnership becomes official

A private written agreement should identify the parties, scope, ownership and permitted use of deliverables, brand permissions, confidentiality, any payments or benefits, duration, termination and dispute handling. Where relevant, it should also cover content disclosures and platform-specific requirements. Do not treat a public GitHub issue, an accepted inquiry or an informal conversation as a finalized contract.

Agreement planning

For collaborations that proceed to private negotiations, use the Partnership Agreement Template as a checklist of matters to agree. It is a draft, not a signed contract or a grant of script rights. Never post completed agreements or personal details in public issues.

Availability

Partnership requests are reviewed alongside other ToneCustoms inquiries during published support hours. The 24–48-hour support response target is not a guarantee of a partnership decision.
