ToneCustoms — Rules & Regulations
Official conduct and resource-use reference · Built for Roleplay. Made with Purpose.
These guidelines explain how to use ToneCustoms support, documentation, partnerships and purchased FiveM resources responsibly. They summarize existing published policies; they do not replace the terms accepted at Tebex checkout, a signed agreement, applicable law, or third-party licenses. Product-specific requirements take precedence where applicable.
1. Script purchases and permitted use
- Use purchased ToneCustoms resources on FiveM servers you own, subject to the applicable purchase and license terms. The owner-defined licensing approach permits multiple servers owned by the same purchaser.
- Authorized developers may help install and configure a resource for the purchaser's servers; this does not grant them a separate license.
- Change designated configuration files as allowed by the resource documentation. Obtain permission before modifying restricted core files where the applicable license requires it.
- Do not resell, leak, share, sublicense, redistribute or transfer paid scripts, protected source code, keys or license access without appropriate authorization.
- Respect any third-party open-source licenses, platform terms and escrow restrictions.
See Licensing and Purchase & Delivery.
2. Purchasing, refunds and exchanges
- Confirm current product availability, features, compatibility and delivery through the official Tebex store.
- Read the actual checkout terms before purchasing. A demonstration or documentation page does not establish a purchasable release.
- ToneCustoms does not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds under its selected Tebex default no-refunds approach. Applicable legal rights, provider rules and remedies for delivery/access problems still apply.
- Script swaps are requests, not entitlements. Approval depends on comparable value, including the amount originally paid; no automatic cash credit is promised.
- Do not post payment details, order references or license keys in public GitHub Issues. Use the original private Tebex order-support route for billing, refunds and order verification.
See Purchases & Refunds and Script Swaps.
3. Support and community conduct
- Treat customers, creators, developers and staff respectfully. Harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, impersonation, fraud, spam and deliberate disruption are not acceptable.
- Submit accurate, relevant technical reports. Include the product, environment, reproduction steps and redacted error messages when available.
- Do not publish passwords, tokens, personal information, customer records, protected scripts or security-sensitive details.
- Use the public GitHub Support Center for technical and documentation issues. GitHub Issues are public and require a GitHub account.
- Use the Security Policy for sensitive vulnerability reports, not a public issue.
- Support submissions are accepted at any time; published staffed hours and the 24–48-hour initial response target are not guaranteed response or resolution deadlines.
- Suggestions and requests do not guarantee implementation, immediate attention or future release dates.
See Support and Customer Support Policy.
4. Partnerships, promotions and brand use
- Submit only non-confidential information through the Partnership Inquiry.
- Do not falsely claim to represent, sponsor, employ or speak for ToneCustoms.
- Do not use ToneCustoms logos, protected assets, promotional materials or customer testimonials beyond permissions actually granted.
- Partnership discussions do not automatically provide free scripts, discounts, priority support, sponsorship, exclusivity, revenue share or redistribution rights.
- Agree in writing on deliverables, compensation (if any), intellectual property, publicity, confidentiality, duration and termination before making commitments.
- Follow applicable advertising disclosure requirements, FiveM/Cfx.re terms and third-party rights.
See Partnership Rules and the Agreement Planning Template.
5. Custom development and intellectual property
- A development inquiry is not an accepted order or promise of availability, price, deadline or delivery.
- Scope, requirements, dependencies, acceptance criteria, ownership and commercial terms must be explicitly agreed for each accepted project.
- Do not submit assets or source code you lack permission to use.
- Private repositories are for development, not general customer downloads.
See Custom Development.
6. Enforcement and reporting
ToneCustoms may review public submissions, decline proposals, moderate inappropriate participation and enforce applicable license or agreement rights in accordance with platform rules and law. Any action concerning a purchased product remains subject to the customer's applicable terms and legal rights; this page does not create a new unilateral right to revoke purchases.
For a technical issue, use GitHub Support. For a private order dispute, use the original Tebex order-support route. For sensitive security disclosures, follow Security.
Policy status and precedence
These are operational guidelines and cross-references, not a new checkout contract. The Licensing Policy and Privacy & Data Handling still identify items awaiting final review. A signed partnership or development agreement, applicable product license, Tebex checkout terms, third-party rights and law must be evaluated separately.
